Blacktip Real Estate was founded in Austin, Texas with a clear mission — to bring honest, hands-on residential property management to Central Texas homeowners and investors.
We saw too many owners frustrated by property managers who were hard to reach, slow to act, and quick to cut corners. We set out to do things differently.
Today we manage single-family homes, condos, and small multi-family properties across Austin and the surrounding Hill Country. Every property in our portfolio receives the same level of attention and care we'd give our own.
